The masterplan is a
development for the city of Cave Springs that included 86
single-family residences, 110 multi-family units, 64,000
ft2 of commercial/retail space, a fire station, public
park, and water park as well as contiguous walking trail.
This was an ambitious project which was never realized,
however the developers sought to bring contemporary design
to the Ozarks on a grand scale.
