Designed as a
focal point of a mixed use development, the clubhouse is
dominated by two large "frames" which knit the interior and
exterior as well as provide primary destinations within the
building. A low horizontal aperture is set along the street
edge reminiscent of a Japanese a tea room, but instead of a
garden, one is given the street view.
