This proposal is to include 370 dwelling
units and is to be funded partially by HUD. With a minimal
budget, care was taken to give occupants as much value as
possible. Large monitors provide a focus along the
building's perimeter. The monitors confiscate the common
walkways to and from dwelling units and convert them into
shared porches at each level.
