Khana Indian Grill is a fast casual Indain Restaurant concept developed by Abhijeet and Lisa Purkayasthaa. The original building served as a 1970's fast food restaurant along Fayetteville's highway 71. The building has been stripped down to its essentials and given a neutral color palette. Vibrant color is given by the array of light fixtures that change hue at periodic intervals.
